Brush and floss as usual. Book a check-up when you're next in Seoul, or see a dentist near you.
Go easy on hard bites
Crunching ice, chewing bones or tearing packets with your teeth can chip porcelain, just as it can chip enamel. If you grind at night, ask us about a night guard.
If something happens
Send a photo on WhatsApp. We'll explain the next step and how your warranty (1, 5 or 10 years by plan) covers it.

A dentist. Your photos are reviewed by one of our dentists personally, and the plan and estimate you receive come from that review.
Can I talk to someone in English?
Yes, and also in Japanese, Chinese, Thai or Russian. WhatsApp (+82-10-2313-2883) is the quickest way to reach the team.
How many days should I plan in Seoul for veneers?
Same-Day Veneers need a single clinic visit of roughly 4–5 hours. The standard route takes about 1–2 weeks. Leave room for a quick check before your flight home.
What if a veneer breaks once I am back home?
Send us a WhatsApp message with a photo. The team will tell you what to do next and how your warranty applies.
